Our Founder


                                           Catherine Randall SPHR (President)

Catherine is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and an experienced leader handling the HR functions within in a wide-range of industries.  A graduate of Wright State University in the field of Human Resources Management, she is active in her field.  A member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Society’s Advocacy Captain for Ohio’s 10th District bringing a voice to our political leaders for the regions HR concerns.

     Knowing what you currently have and where you would like to go is the first priority in any goal. At HRinsiders, our assessment service is the key to success. We sit down with you and get an understanding of your business goals and objectives. We then gather all the relevant data as to how your current network is designed and configured. Afterwards, we perform a gap analysis and provide you with a road map to achieve your goals and objectives in a cost-effective and timely manner. As with any business, planning is key to success. ​     Our organization was established with the small business owner in mind.  The founder, Catherine Randall, is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience handling small business needs.

​     In a tight economy, the need is more prevalent than ever for support services that allow small business owners to lower their costs.  We offer these services at a reduced fee by limiting our overhead and keeping our client-base manageable.  We too are a small business.
